More on 3D Touch

May 5, 2018

Few nice articles on 3D Touch lately.
This MacRumors article I immediately added it to my reading list with some nice shortcuts I didn't know;
JG at Daring Fireball commenting this other article from MacRumors about some rumors regarding the future disappearance of 3D Touch.
Being a lazy user as I am, the closer the path I can find to a function, the happyer I am, even if it requires some initial minor training.
3D Touch falls in that category. It does suffer from the fragmentation of not being present on every iOS device, but I see some potential and I would be a bit sad in seing it going away. I also think haptic feedbacks might be nice to have around in a Jarvis like future of holographic images and gestures on huge surfaces.
